A Thermos That Grows with Them

The Snow Monkey KIDS 530 ml thermos is designed for our youngest adventurers.

Its double-walled vacuum insulation keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours.

Made from high-quality stainless steel, it doesn’t affect taste or release any harmful substances into the beverage. It contains no aluminum, BPA, phthalates, or other toxins.

All materials are carefully selected with a strong focus on children’s health and safety, making this thermos a reliable and safe choice for daily use—whether at home, school, or on the go.

The child-friendly straw lid allows easy one-handed opening and closing and is 100% leakproof - perfect for school, the playground, or home.

Its shape is specially designed so small hands can grip and use it independently. The thermos is impact-resistant.

Both the thermos and the lid are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

Each bottle includes a set of 9 waterproof and reflective stickers, so kids can decorate their thermos to match their personality.

Every bottle also comes with two straws and a cleaning brush for both the straws and the lid.

Postage and delivery

Orders are dispatched the next working day. During major promotions, delivery may exceptionally be delayed by one or two days.

If you would like your order to be processed with priority, you can select the priority shipping option (+2€). In this case, the order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 10:00 AM.

Packages are delivered by DPD. In most cases, delivery takes place the next working day, but no later than within 2–3 days.

Shipping costs 3.20€. For all orders over 60€, delivery is free of charge.

Information about personal pickup:

Personal pickup is available at the checkout counter of the Polzela Nogavice store, located at Cvetlična ulica 3, 3313 Polzela. You can collect your package under your name and using your six-digit order number. The store is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.

Packages can be picked up after 2:00 PM on the day of the order (for orders placed by 10:00 AM) or any following day. We kindly ask that you collect your package within 5 working days.

Warranty

Our products are made to last. If your item fails to retain temperature or if the cap or lid starts leaking, we will replace it without any hassle.

A lifetime warranty applies to all functional defects.

Visual damages such as scratches or signs of dropping are not covered under warranty – because we know every scratch tells a story 🐵
