General Terms and Conditions of the online store snowmonkey.com
The general terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS), and based on international codes for e-commerce. The online store Snowmonkey-flask.com is owned and operated by SAVIN d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the provider or operator).
The seller ensures product conformity in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). The buyer is entitled to a guarantee for the proper functioning of the goods upon purchase. In the event of a defect, the buyer may file a complaint in accordance with ZVPot-1. All information on the complaint procedure is available on our website and accessible to the buyer upon purchase.
1. Ordering
Ordering through the Snowmonkey.com online store is available in Slovenian and operates 24/7. Products can be selected and ordered from the product list. If a desired item is not listed, contact us at info@snowmonkey.com to check availability. Products are delivered by post unless the buyer indicates personal pick-up at a pre-arranged location.
If the buyer does not cancel the order, it proceeds to processing. The provider reviews the order, checks availability, and either confirms or rejects the order with justification. The provider may contact the buyer via telephone to verify details or ensure accurate delivery.
The provider reserves the right to change prices; in such cases, the customer will be informed by email or SMS.
Purchase Process
Registration is not required for purchases. After selecting a product, simply follow the steps provided (enter information, select payment method, etc.). To remove an item from the cart, click "remove." Registration offers faster checkouts and additional features.
Order Process:

Order Unconfirmed: The buyer receives an email confirming the order is received but unconfirmed.

Order Confirmed: The provider checks product availability and either confirms or cancels the order. Confirmation is sent via email, including an estimated delivery time. At this point, the contract is considered binding.

Order Shipped: The goods are dispatched and the buyer is notified via email. The email also includes return policy details, contact information for delivery delays or complaints.
Personal data will be used solely for order fulfillment and necessary communication. The contract/invoice is stored on a secure hosted server. For more information, contact info@snowmonkey.com.
The invoice is sent electronically.
Purchase without Registration
Purchases can be made without registering. Users receive email confirmation of their purchase and can cancel the order until processing begins. If not canceled, the order is considered final.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled via regular mail or email.
3. Complaints
If a damaged product is received, the user must report it within 8 days by email ([store email]) or phone ([store phone number]).
Only the buyer named on the original invoice can file a complaint. Warranty is void in cases of:
– misuse, negligent handling, mechanical damage, or force majeure
– unprofessional modification of the product
– incorrect handling or negligent damage
4. Returns
Unsatisfied customers may return products at their own expense within 14 days from receiving the goods. Refunds will be processed after the goods are received or upon receipt of proof of return. Full purchase price will be refunded, excluding return shipping costs.
Returns must be in original, undamaged packaging with all documentation. The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from improper handling. Refunds will be issued within 14 days via the buyer's bank account or original payment method.
To return products or withdraw from the contract, the buyer must send a written notice to:

Products should be returned to the same address.
Withdrawal is not possible for goods made according to the customer's specific instructions.
5. Prices
All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
6. Disclaimer
We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website. However, product details and availability may change faster than we can update. In such cases, we will inform the customer and offer a cancellation or exchange. Product photos are symbolic and may not guarantee specific characteristics.
7. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act and Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, SAVIN d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider.

8. Data Protection
SAVIN d.o.o. stores the following personal data of registered users indefinitely: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, country, and registration date/time.
We use this data solely to fulfill orders and communicate with users. Data will not be shared with unauthorized parties.
Users are responsible for protecting their own data, including secure use of email, username, password, and antivirus software.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that improve user experience. Necessary cookies may be stored without consent; optional cookies require user permission.
We use optional cookies to collect anonymous usage data to improve the website.
