Snow Monkey izdelki so narejeni, da trajajo. Zato nudimo doživljenjsko garancijo na vse okvare in poškodbe, zaradi katerih naša flaška ni več uporabna. Če se ti zgodi kaj od spodaj navedenega, lahko uveljavljaš
našo doživljenjsko garancijo.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

1. Thermal bottle functionality

If the bottle does not maintain temperature, we will replace it free of charge. In most cases, this is due to a manufacturing defect where the vacuum between the two walls is not properly formed, which prevents thermal insulation. All our bottles have a double wall with a vacuum in between that acts as an insulator. If the insulation is missing, the outside of the bottle will feel either very hot or very cold (depending on the temperature of the drink, which in this case improperly transfers through the wall).

2. Faulty cap or spout

If the cap leaks or the spout doesn’t function properly and you can't drink from it, we will replace the cap.

3. Lid of the Foodie thermal container

If you have trouble opening the lid on the Foodie thermal container—if it’s too tight or difficult to unscrew, or if the lid is leaking—we will replace it without issue.

What does the 6-month warranty cover?

Paint Peeling

If the paint starts to peel, the warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty not cover?

  • Damage from drops (e.g. dents, cracks)
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, marks)
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality
  • Damage caused by improper use or cleaning

If the bottle is damaged during transport, please notify us immediately upon receiving the package, within 7 business days.
