WHAT DOES THE LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?
FLASK FUNCTIONALITY
If the thermal flask does not maintain temperature, we will replace it free of charge. In most cases, this is a manufacturing defect where a vacuum is not created in the space between the walls, which provides thermal insulation. All our thermal flasks have two walls, between which a vacuum is trapped, acting as an insulator. If there is no insulation, the outer wall of the thermal flask will feel either very hot or very cold to the touch (depending on the temperature of the drink, which in this case incorrectly passes through the wall).
The cap or mouthpiece is not working correctly
If the cap is leaking or if there are problems with the mouthpiece and you cannot drink from it, we will replace the cap.

If you have trouble opening the lid on the thermal food containers, if the lid has been "over-tightened" and you struggle with opening it, or if the lid is leaking, we will replace it without any issues.
What does the 6-month warranty cover?
PEELING PAINT
If the paint starts to peel, the warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty not cover?
- Damage from drops (e.g., dents, cracks)
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, impacts, abrasions)
- Aesthetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
- Damage due to improper use or cleaning of the product
In the event that the bottle is damaged during transport, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the package, within 7 working days.
