The Buzz mug keeps drinks hot for up to 6 hours and cold for up to 8 hours, making it the perfect companion in the car, at the office, or on a city walk.

Buzz fits coffee machines at gas stations and can easily be placed in car cup holders.

The innovative lid with a double-click system is 100% leak-proof, so your drink will never spill, and you can safely carry the mug in your bag.

Cleaning is simple, and the mug is dishwasher-safe.

The lid is made from recycled plastic, and by using it, you help reduce single-use cups.

Postage and delivery

Orders are dispatched the next working day. During major promotions, delivery may be delayed by one or two days.

If you would like your order to be processed with priority, you can select the priority shipping option (+2€). In this case, the order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 10:00 AM.

Packages are delivered by DPD. In most cases, delivery takes place the next working day, but no later than within 2–3 days.

Shipping costs 3.20€. For all orders over 60€, delivery is free of charge.

Information about personal pickup:

Personal pickup is available at the checkout counter of the Polzela Nogavice store, located at Cvetlična ulica 3, 3313 Polzela. You can collect your package under your name and using your six-digit order number. The store is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.

Packages can be picked up after 2:00 PM on the day of the order (for orders placed by 10:00 AM) or any following day. We kindly ask that you collect your package within 5 working days.

Warranty

Our products are made to last. If your product no longer retains temperature or if the cap or lid starts leaking, we’ll replace it without hassle.

The lifetime warranty applies to all functional defects.

Visual damage, such as scratches or the effects of drops, is not covered by the warranty — because we know every scratch carries its own story. 🐵
