The set includes everything you need for sustainable and carefree use: 1x stainless steel straw, 1x BPA-free colored silicone tip, and 1x cleaning brush.
The straw is reusable and easy to clean.
Orders are dispatched the next working day. During major promotions, delivery may exceptionally be delayed by one or two days.
If you would like your order to be processed with priority, you can select the priority shipping option (+2€). In this case, the order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 10:00 AM.
Packages are delivered by DPD. In most cases, delivery takes place the next working day, but no later than within 2–3 days.
Shipping costs 3.20€. For all orders over 60€, delivery is free of charge.
Information about personal pickup:
Personal pickup is available at the checkout counter of the Polzela Nogavice store, located at Cvetlična ulica 3, 3313 Polzela. You can collect your package under your name and using your six-digit order number. The store is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays.
Packages can be picked up after 2:00 PM on the day of the order (for orders placed by 10:00 AM) or any following day. We kindly ask that you collect your package within 5 working days.
