Postage and delivery

Orders are dispatched the next working day. During major promotions, delivery may be delayed by one or two days.

If you would like your order to be processed with priority, you can select the priority shipping option (+2€). In this case, the order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 10:00 AM.

Packages are delivered by DPD. In most cases, delivery takes place the next working day, but no later than within 2–3 days.

Shipping costs 3.20€. For all orders over 60€, delivery is free of charge.

Information about personal pickup:

Personal pickup of orders is available at the checkout counter of the Polzela Socks store (CAT store), Cvetlična ulica 3, Polzela.

You can collect your package under your name and with your order number.

Store opening hours for pickup:

Mon–Fri: 8:00–18:00

Saturday: 8:00–13:00

When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email. We strive to enable pickup within three hours for orders placed by 14:00 (Mon–Fri).

Warranty

Our products are made to last. If your item fails to retain temperature or if the cap or lid starts leaking, we will replace it without any hassle.

A lifetime warranty applies to all functional defects.

Visual damages such as scratches or signs of dropping are not covered under warranty – because we know every scratch tells a story 🐵

What material are Snow Monkey thermos bottles made of?

Snow Monkey insulated bottles are made of high-quality 18/8 stainless steel, which ensures durability, rust resistance, and a long service life. The cap is made of plastic, complies with all regulations, and is BPA-free and safe for use.

Snow Monkey thermoses feature a double-walled vacuum construction that provides superior insulation. This technology keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours. The double wall, with air trapped between them, prevents heat or cold from transferring to the bottle’s outer surface, meaning the bottle remains comfortable to the touch and dry, regardless of the temperature of its contents.

Are thermos bottles leak-proof?

Yes. All Snow Monkey thermoses have a leak-proof lid that prevents liquids from spilling. You can carry them in your bag or backpack without worrying.

How do I clean the products and remove unpleasant odors?

Fill the bottle with hot water, add vinegar and baking soda.
Leave it to work for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Rinse and wash with detergent and a brush.

This natural method effectively removes residue and neutralizes odors.

Can I wash these items in the dishwasher?

Thermoses are dishwasher-safe, but be careful to ensure that the outer surface does not come into contact with the sink, as the plastic parts of the sink, which get very hot, can damage the outer surface if they come into contact with the thermos. To help preserve the color for longer, we recommend washing the products by hand.

How long do thermoses keep drinks at the right temperature?

Thermoses keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.

Can I heat up a thermos in the microwave?

Since the thermos is made of 18/8 stainless steel, it cannot be used in a microwave.

Does the outside of the thermos get hot?

No. Thanks to the double-walled vacuum insulation, the outside remains cool to the touch, even when it contains a very hot beverage.

Does a thermos affect the taste of a drink?

No. 18/8 stainless steel does not absorb flavors or odors, so every beverage will retain its natural taste.

Can I buy replacement parts for the thermos?

Yes, lids, straws and silicone attachments are available, and you can also purchase a cleaning brush to make it easier to clean the bottle.
