Mover ensures that your hot and cold beverages are always within reach, no matter the time of day. It’s a practical little gift that’s sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face.

Orders are dispatched the next working day. During major promotions, delivery may be delayed by one or two days.

If you would like your order to be processed with priority, you can select the priority shipping option (+2€). In this case, the order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 10:00 AM.

Packages are delivered by DPD. In most cases, delivery takes place the next working day, but no later than within 2–3 days.

Shipping costs 3.20€. For all orders over 60€, delivery is free of charge.

Information about personal pickup:

Personal pickup of orders is available at the checkout counter of the Polzela Socks store (CAT store), Cvetlična ulica 3, Polzela.

You can collect your package under your name and with your order number.

Store opening hours for pickup:

Mon–Fri: 8:00–18:00

Saturday: 8:00–13:00

When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified via email. We strive to enable pickup within three hours for orders placed by 14:00 (Mon–Fri).

Our products are built to last. If your product fails to maintain its temperature or if the stopper or lid starts to leak, we’ll replace it hassle-free. The lifetime warranty covers all functional defects. Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or damage from drops, is not covered by the warranty. Because we know that every scratch tells its own story.🐵
