Shipping policy
The shipping cost is €3.20.
For an additional €2.00, the order can be processed as a priority shipment – in this case, orders placed before 11:00 AM on a business day will be shipped the same day.
All orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be shipped no later than the next business day, provided the items are in stock. During periods of high demand or when personalization is included in the order, the dispatch time may be extended up to 48 hours.
We use the DPD courier service for deliveries.
Orders paid via bank transfer in advance will be shipped as soon as the payment is received in our bank account.
A delayed shipping date can also be arranged in advance – in this case, the shipping date will be agreed upon during the order confirmation process.
If there are any changes to the shipping costs, we will inform you in advance via email or SMS.
International delivery
We also ship abroad with the DPD courier. Shipping costs vary by country:
- Slovenia: €3.20 (free over €80)
- Austria, Germany, Slovakia: €3.20 (free over €80)
- Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Hungary, Luxembourg: €3.90 (free over €80)
- Poland: €4.90 (free over €80)
- Croatia: €3.90 (under €25) or €2.99 (€25–80), free over €80
- Czechia: Kč99 (under Kč600) or Kč69 (Kč601–1,950), free over Kč1,950
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch): Slovenia 1–3 business days; other EU countries typically 3–7 business days.
