In most cases, this is a manufacturing defect in which a vacuum which provides thermal insulation does not form between the two walls of the thermos. All Snow Monkey thermoses feature double walls with vacuum insulation that keeps drinks cold or hot for several hours. If there is no vacuum, the thermos loses its insulating properties, causing its outer wall to feel very hot or very cold to the touch depending on the temperature of the drink inside.

If the closed lid leaks or the mouthpiece does not work properly, we will send you a replacement lid free of charge. The warranty does not apply in the event of mechanical damage caused by dropping the bottle or mishandling it.

If the lid of your thermal container is leaking or cannot be opened normally because it has been tightened too much, we will send you a replacement lid free of charge.

If, during normal and proper use of the product, it is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product free of charge. Where possible, we will resolve the issue by replacing the individual part (e.g. the lid or another replacement part).

If the paint on your thermal product begins to peel within 6 months, this warranty does not apply if the product’s instructions for use were not followed.

• Damage caused by dropping the product (e.g. dents, cracks in the bottle and/or lid)
• Normal wear and tear resulting from use of the product (scratches, impacts, abrasions)
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
• Damage caused by improper use or cleaning of the product
• Damage caused by disassembly, repairs, modifications or other interventions in the product

If the bottle is damaged during transport, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the package, within 7 business days.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the product, lid or other component with the same model in the same size and color.

If the selected model or color is no longer available, we will replace the product with the closest comparable alternative in the same size and a similar color.

This warranty applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and covers exclusively manufacturing defects that arise during normal and proper use of the product.

This warranty does not affect consumers’ rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to the non-conformity of goods or other statutory warranties.
