Purchase-related questions

Snow Monkey thermoses are made from high-quality 18/8 stainless steel, ensuring durability, rust resistance, and a long lifespan. The lid is made from food-grade plastic, compliant with all safety regulations, and is BPA-free and safe for use.

Snow Monkey thermoses feature a double-walled vacuum insulation that provides excellent thermal performance. This technology keeps drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours. The air trapped between the double walls prevents heat or cold from transferring to the outer surface, meaning the thermos stays comfortable to touch and dry, regardless of the temperature inside.

The wide sport lid, flip lid, and wide lid are compatible with the following bottles:

If you're not sure which bottle you have, feel free to contact us – we’ll be happy to help!

  • Fill the bottle with hot water, add pickling vinegar and baking soda.
  • Let it sit for a few hours (preferably overnight).
  • Rinse thoroughly and wash with dish soap and a brush.

This natural method effectively removes residue and neutralizes odors.

Thermos bottles can be washed in the dishwasher, but make sure the outer surface does not come into contact with the dishwasher's heating elements or hot plastic parts. These can become very hot and may damage the exterior of the thermos upon contact. To help the color last longer, we recommend hand-washing the items.

Thermos bottles keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.

Food containers keep food hot or cold for 5 to 6 hours.

Since the thermos is made of 18/8 stainless steel, it is not suitable for use in a microwave.

For Foodie lids, you can purchase a set of three mini seals separately. Other thermos lids are sold as complete units and not as individual replacement parts.

The lid of the Foodie food container features a soft rubber section that makes opening easier when pressure builds up inside the container (for example, if the food inside is very hot and the outside temperature is cold).

By pressing this rubber part, air is released from the container, reducing the internal pressure and making it easier to unscrew or open the lid.

Delivery related questions

Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your package at any time via the DPD system.

We ship orders the next business day. During major sales events, delivery may exceptionally be delayed by one or two days.

If you’d like your order to be processed as a priority, you can select the priority shipping option (+2 EUR). In this case, it will be shipped the same day if you order by 10 a.m.

Packages are delivered by DPD. In most cases, they are delivered the next business day, and no later than within 2–3 days.

Shipping within Slovenia costs €3.20.

Delivery within Slovenia is completely free for all orders over €80.

You can pick up your order in person at our physical store, Outlet Polzela, located at:

Snow Monkey products can be ordered to all countries within the European Union.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at info@snowmonkey.com to inform us that you are withdrawing from the purchase without providing any specific reason and requesting a refund.

Please return the package to the following address:

Include a note stating that it is a withdrawal from the purchase.

Once we receive the package, we will issue a refund.

Yes! We offer digital gift cards in denominations of 10 €, 20 €, 25 €, 40 €, 50 €, 60 € in 100 €. You can also send a gift card as a gift.

When completing your purchase, enter the code you received via email in the discount code field. The voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products, except in the case of a valid complaint (e.g., a damaged product or a manufacturing defect). If you have a problem, please contact us—we will always do our best to help you.

You may return an unopened, unused, and undamaged product within 14 days of receiving your package. Please send us an email at info@snowmonkey.com so we can arrange the return.

If the product is not as it should be, please send us an email within 8 days of receiving the package, including a brief description of the issue and attached photos. We will review your complaint and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
